Lunch Bag
Putting together lunch bags for the homeless is a simple yet impactful way to help those in need. The process involves: planning & gathering supplies, assembling the bags, adding personal touches (including hygiene items), and distribution.
Janitha’s Back to School
Lifeline host a Back to School Fun Day event annually which is designed to excite and prepare the kids for the new school year through fun activities and essential giveaways particularly in Cotes-de-Fer, Haiti. Key elements include: Games and entertainment, school supply giveaways (backpacks, notebooks, pencils, clothes, shoes), food & refreshments.
Workshop Classes
Educational workshops are interactive learning sessions designed to teach specific skills or knowledge in an engaging way. Key aspects include: purpose & topics, hand-on learning, expert facilitators, resources & materials, networking & collaboration. The workshops provide valuable skills in an engaging, interactive setting.
Long-Term Objective
Our future goal is to establish a community facility dedicated to supporting those individuals in a transitional place in their lives by providing:
Daily Meals for a safe space that offers nutritious meals to those in need.
Temporary & Transitional Housing assistance for shelter and support to help individuals regain stability.
Resources & programs such as job training, jobs and financial literacy workshops to promote independence.
Community Engagement where volunteer opportunities and partnerships can strengthen local support networks.
This facility will serve as a beacon of hope, empowering individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and stability.
